Customer Operations Internship / Sports Equipment


Nike Sales partners with retailers — from a football specialty store in Rome to a Macy’s department store in New York — to deliver the products, experiences and brand stories that make Nike the preeminent sports brand. Nike France is looking for an intern (M/F) ASAP for 6 months to join the Customer Operations team and oversee the following missions:

·Maintaining and optimizing the management of client portfolio (input orders, delivery of products, restocking optimization, client service)

·Insuring and perpetuating the business relationships by maintaining a high service level

·Being part of the harmonization and improvement of the communication

·Following and analyzing sales and deliveries performances

·Supporting the team in the tool analysis development

·Project management in autonomy (Supply Chain/Operation type)


4th or 5th year (University/School Business) student with:

· Very good interpersonal skills

· Proactive, organized and curious

· Good written and oral communication

· Reactive/available

· Strong team spirit (you must support your team during this busy time)

· Strong eagerness for supply chain and sales administration

· Positive and energetic

· Experience in Sport Business is necessary

· Fluency in English

· Very good command of office Pack and especially Excel

· The command of SAP is a plus

· « Client service » sensitivity

· Autonomy and adaptation abilities
