Internship at the adidas The purpose of this internship is to provide the internship student with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the internship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This internship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the internship student will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International/ Marketing /Trading B.V. will ensure that the internship student is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the student and the educational objectives for the internship period. The internship student will sign an internship agreement, which is not an employment contract. These internships start in August and will last 24 weeks.

Product Supply Intern SCM Europe
Here is a brief snapshot of the role. You will:
Conduct purchase order management and supply performance activities
Support the optimization of inventory management for finished goods to control stock turn
Run reports to support measurement of key performance indicators
Intern Supply Chain Development WE
The WE Supply Chain Development Department is responsible for defining the future of the WE Supply Chain landscape, driving existing projects, defining the initiatives to come and developing of the Omni-Channel capabilities.
The key objectives of the internship are to support SCM Development team with their day-to-day activities, contribute to the project management tasks, analyze various information sources on supply chain topics, create newsletters and drive the communication cadence.
Here is a little taste of your challenge. You will:
Analyze internal and external sources for supply chain and operational development
Contribute to the supply chain initiatives with fresh ideas and points of view
Drive communicational cadence and structure for Supply Chain Development, and Projects, with the goal of automization of basic tasks
Support projects with various Project Management Office activities, presentations, planning, administration, etc.
Drive entry level change management initiatives of existing processes with the goal of reducing complexities.

What do we expect from you?
To be successful in our Supply Chain Management department this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Familiarity with supply chain models and principle
You already have a broad excel knowledge and ideally are very good with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, with high emphasis on Excel)
Access skills is a plus
Strong analytic skills and ability to process large amount of information from multiple sources and derive conclusions
Proactive attitude and curiosity
You are passionate about sports and fashion
You are fluent in English spoken and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
You are following a study with a focus on Supply Chain/ Logistics / Business Administration / Retail / Operations Management / E-commerce or related study - Enrolled for the complete duration of the internship (6 months).
